Policies and Forms for Wellness Consultations

If you are a new client who has already booked a New Client Consultation, please download and fill out the new client intake form at least 3 days before your appointment.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.

At the time of booking an appointment, you will be asked to pay a consultation fee (exception-15 min. free consultation). If payment has not been received within 48 hours of your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Once a management plan and herbal treatment have been evaluated, you will be expected to pay for your herbal treatment in full before it has been dispatched or collected.

Cancellation policy:
Every now and then there are unforeseen circumstances that may stop you from coming to the appointment. Any changes would need to implement before 48 hours of the appointment. If the cancellation happens within 48-24 hours there will be a fee of 50% and canceling within 24 hours, a full fee is payable. No show will be charged full price.
Refunds
No refund of consultation and herbal medicine fees can be offered. Medicinal herbal products that are formulated and dispensed in accordance with the patient's needs are exempt from being returned.
